Our International Operations

Carter Bradford is the President of Bradford Consulting, Inc.

This business unit provides information technology consulting to both domestic and international Clients. Carter has been leading this business unit since 2000.

Carter has successfully completed both long-term and short term international consulting projects in Finland, Japan and Brazil. He is completely fluent in Portuguese and capable of conducting both verbal and written business in Portuguese. He also has a substantial command of the Japanese language as well.

A representative summary of our international projects:

Worked with a major Brazilian telecommunications provider to integrate their customer care application with their backend order management and billing systems. Managed a team of Big 4 consultants on behalf of the client, providing technical and managerial oversight. Completed the project on time and under budget.

Helped a multi-national telecommunications company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan develop operational and support systems for a new business unit. Tasked with providing guaranteed, 100% uptime, Bradford Consulting architected and implemented an integrated solution which provided an advanced trouble ticketing system, automated data center provisioning and a sophisticated data center monitoring and notification solution.

Worked with one of the largest South American insurers to replace their aging claim system with a modern web-based system. Provided training, mentoring, and architectural guidance and support to ensure a successful implementation of the packaged software solution.
